Waste Management & Recycling in Inverness and the Highlands

From the very first interaction, this company demonstrated a level of professionalism, efficiency, and customer care that is exceptionally rare to find today. After attempting to resolve our ship’s recycling and waste removal requirements through six different companies — as well as exploring an internal solution — we had reached a complete standstill. Thankfully, Jamie, Martha, and the entire team stepped in and transformed what had become an extremely difficult situation into a seamless and professionally managed operation.

Their communication was outstanding throughout. The team was knowledgeable, informative, and genuinely committed to helping us find the most effective solution for the vessel’s recycling and waste management needs. What impressed us most was the speed and professionalism with which the quotation was provided, allowing us to move forward without delay during an already demanding operational period.

Unlike many others we contacted, this company truly went above and beyond to accommodate our requirements. Their willingness to assist, problem-solve, and ensure the ship could continue functioning efficiently with the task in hand was nothing short of exceptional. The support they provided relieved a significant amount of pressure from myself personally, as I had been entrusted with resolving this critical issue onboard.

The delivery of the two skips was handled impeccably. The driver was polite, courteous, and highly professional, keeping us fully informed regarding arrival times and ensuring everything was positioned exactly as required. The entire process was smooth, organised, and executed to the highest standard.

I cannot thank Jamie, Martha, and the wider team enough for their outstanding service and dedication. This is a company that genuinely cares about its customers and takes immense pride in delivering solutions where others simply could not. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone requiring reliable, professional, and first-class recycling and waste management services.

Kind Regards,

Alex.

Great company to deal with excellent staff

I used Northern Recycling Solutions for skips for our patio project. Our house is very difficult to access and the driver was just excellent. Service with a smile and very professional. Highly recommend.
